I LOVE the natural beauty of British Columbia and exploring it is nothing short of euphoria. I do sometimes find plastic bottles and bags on trails (I pick them and put them in my bag until I find a place to recycle it) and if you've done, please don't leave your garbage behind.
Kickboxing
After years of running, hiking and kayaking, I have found that kickboxing is the perfect stress release and also promotes team building. Kickboxing excercises involve a good degree of trust and mutual respect among teammates.
Animal rescue and volunteering
Advocating and caring for animals is more than just a hobby for me. I detest animal cruelty and would love to dedicate more time towards animal rescue and volunteering at the shelter.
